Park Rules & policies

We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to call or text (850) 220-9977. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following rules:

Emergencies

Call 911 in any emergency; fire, police or ambulance. Then notify park management at 850-220-9977.

Registration, check-in & check out

All overnight vehicles and recreational vehicles (RV) must be registered.

Check in time is 1:00PM or after on the day of arrival.

Check out time is 11:00AM.

If you wish to have a late check out or stay additional nights, you must pay or make arrangements prior to 10:00AM. We cannot guarantee space if you decide to extend your stay.

Sites/vehicle parking and requirements

Campsite 1-13

Offers a 12'x50' parking pad for RV and one vehicle

Campsite 14-18

Offers a 14'x50' parking pad for RV and one vehicle

1. Only one vehicle is allowed per campsite
2. Additional vehicles, boats, and/or trailers may be allowed at an additional cost, and you must make arrangements with the Park management prior to arrival.
3. Recreational Vehicle (RV) - Must be no older than 10 years, no external leaks, no repairs or maintenance in the park.
4. Florida Health Department - Requires a sewer donut.

Change/cancellation of reservations

Change and cancellations to reservations may occur 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund with a 3% cancellation fee (what we are charged). After 30 days you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of your total booking reservation.

No 3rd party rentals allowed

No Airbnb, VRBO, or Homeway type rentals allowed. The person making the reservation must be the guest staying with us.

quiet hours

10 pm - 7 am are quiet hours

Please be respectful of the surroundings during these times as sound travels.

alcohol or drug use

INTOXICATION OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED.  No illegal drug or substances allowed.

children

Children are welcome! However, parents are always responsible for their children's safety and behavior. Please supervise small children, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.

pets

Up to two pets allowed, unless approved by management. All pets must be on a leash and are not to be left unattended.  Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, trees, or bushes in the Park. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. Violators will be subject to an additional fee.  All pets must be up to date on their vaccinations. You agree to provide a copy of valid vaccination if necessary. No restricted breeds, exotic pets or farm animals allowed.  If you violate this policy, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

vehicles/speed limit

The maximum speed is 5-10 MPH.

 No unregistered vehicles may be left on site. Only one vehicles per site allowed, unless you have made arrangements with Park Management.

dumpster

Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located at the entrance of the park.

fires

No campfires are allowed in the Park. Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers please.

fireworks

No fireworks are allowed in the Park

liability waiver and hold harmless

The undersigned hereby waive, release and forever discharge Pruett Properties, LLC, d/b/a Gulf Breeze RV Park, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other occurrences or mishaps. We are here of our free will, and entirely at our own risk. We understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise by our own or others’ negligence or conditions on the premises or the conditions or our use of amenities offered at the premises or related to travel to and from the premises. Nonetheless, we assume all related risks, both known and unknown. Pruett Properties, LLC, d/b/a Gulf Breeze RV Park, is not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity. I fully understand that this is a release of liability and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring legal action against Pruett Properties, LLC, d/b/a Gulf Breeze RV Park, for any personal injury or property damage whatsoever for negligence on the part of Pruett Properties, LLC, d/b/a Gulf Breeze RV Park, its agents and employees. This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my presence at the premises.

We further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pruett Properties, LLC, d/b/a Gulf Breeze RV Park, against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs.

VISITORS/CAMPERS I have read the above carefully, I clearly understand and voluntarily sign this waiver and release agreement.  I have also discussed this waiver with all persons in my party and they have authorized me to sign this waiver on their behalf.
